Delivery Policy
We aim to send all orders by 4pm Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays, to ensure your order will get to you as soon as possible.
Mail disruptions - 1st Class is taking up to 3-5 days; longer for 2nd Class.
International delivery - Most major export routes remain open, but shipments to some destinations are now limited due to the lack of air transport.
If you are international customer strongly advise to check if your country is on affected list or contact our customer service before making an order. Customer responsible for paying additional charges such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
